This is a Suzhou-made Huayi carburetor, model 951-10974 (also works for 951-12705 and 951-10974A, plus the 165SA variant).
It's designed to fit a bunch of popular snowblowers – MTD, Cub Cadet, and Troy Bilt models, so if your machine's been sputtering or refusing to start in the middle of a blizzard, this is likely your fix.
Brand new, never used, still in its original packaging (or whatever the maker used – maybe a plain box, but it's sealed and clean).
Runs on gas, so it's the standard carb for these small engines.
